I'm just as sincere as the reddit poster who started the rumor about the U.S. Army raiding a CIA facility in Germany that was using Scytl servers to communicate via Barcelona Spain to manipulate Dominion voting machines in the U.S. Denials by U.S. Army and Scytl only prove it's true because that's exactly what they would say, no?
