The Dominion systems are capable of weighted voting (and ranked voting), because they are used in many countries and environments which use it. Do a web search on the term "weighted voting". It isn't at all what Sidney Powell claimed. She claimed that "[Dominion] can give Biden votes a weight of 1.25 count, and Trump votes are reduced to a 0.75 count".
