Does the CDC have any authority to do mask mandate enforcement in, say, taxi cabs licensed by each city or state?

How do they plan to enforce? What is the federal law being broken by not wearing a mask?

My being in a wheelchair, I have gone to everywhere but the VA hospital without wearing a mask.

If “residing in transportation hubs” means homeless people are camping out in train stations, airports, etc-then maybe mask wearing is not exactly the primary problem...

They will have have restrict their enforcement efforts to a few large urban cities. There is no way they have the manpower to enforce this on a national basis.
