It’s interesting, if you look at the Colorado Final Vote Map the Biden voters are substantially where the mountains are which proves to me that all the California vagrants growing/smoking weed back in the mountains made up the winning 15% difference and put all these thousands of Coloradan’s out of work and they’ve only just begun.
It’s simple Coloradans....... electorally speaking, the Blues kicked the Red’s ass in 2020. It’s “the California effect”.
Does the company have recourse to sue? Seems pretty incredible that the permit can just be rescinded without due process.
Who in their right mind would invest billions on something like this in the future if it can all go away in an instant.
Sometime you get what you deserve.
Yes, and the dummies voted for him anyway.
Colorado, New Mexico schadenfreude.
What is confusing is why people in Colorado voted for Biden knowing he would bring them misery.

Just goes to show you can’t fix stupid.
Federal lands are lands in the United States owned by the federal government. Pursuant to the Property Clause of the United States Constitution (Article 4, section 3, clause 2), the Congress has the power to retain, buy, sell, and regulate federal lands, such as by limiting cattle grazing on them. These powers have been recognized in a long line of U.S. Supreme Court decisions.
The federal government owns about 640 million acres of land in the United States, about 28% of the total land area of 2.27 billion acres.] The majority of federal lands (610.1 million acres in 2015) are administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), National Park Service (NPS), or U.S. Forest Service (FS). BLM, FWS, and NPS are part of the U.S. Department of the Interior, while the Forest Service is part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. An additional 11.4 million acres of land (about 2% of all federal land) is owned by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). The majority of federal lands are located in Alaska and the Western states.
NM is one of the voter fraud states.
I am so glad to see the rat infested Pollicker controlled Colorado get handed the dirty brown end of the stick. They deserve it. God preserve the Coloradoans who keep the state alive.
