back in the old days when I was in LE, search warrants had to be approved by a judge. Is that no longer the case?
I would really like to know how many Black Lies Matter and Antifa riots, looters, vandals, arsonists, and murderers have been arrested by the FBI.

Probable cause. Search usually precedes indictment. The search warrant might signal the planned charge or charges.

IANAL, but as far as I remember back when my liberal teachers were real liberals not these fake woke leftist types we have today, the legal standard for conviction of incitement is much higher than vague but emotionally charged comments. It needs to be a specific call to violence.
Here I searched, it’s called the Brandenberg standard:
“To cross the legal threshold from protected to unprotected speech, the Supreme Court held the speaker must intend to incite or produce imminent lawless action, and the speaker’s words or conduct must be likely to produce such action.”
So to say to “prepare for war” and “we will not return to normal” are not on their face intentional calls for violence.
What time of day did the raids happen? How many FBI agents were involved? Were the agents dressed in full tactical gear and packing AR-15s? How many black SUVs were used? Did the FBI make their wives stand in the middle of the street while they ransacked their homes? Was CNN notified of the raid so their fake news crew could get the scoop? All of the preceding happened when Roger Stone’s home was invaded. Just asking for a friend to see if the FBI is still using the same rules of engagement. At least the FBI did not shoot a mother while she was holding her infant ala Ruby Ridge nor torch their homes ala Waco Branch Davidian.
