I didn’t read the whole thing; was there anything in the document about voter fraud? If not, does that not negate the reason the last group of atty’s used to drop out?

I was wondering about this. Was the House in such a hurry to impeach that they screwed up the legal procedures laying out the charges? If so, what, are all the lawyers in the US House of Reps dumb asses?
