You have to get the right fill for you. I like that I can punch it into shape and it stays right where you want it.

Course, on your first one, there’s no way of knowing.
I haven't been that happy with mine because my head keeps sinking into the pillow over night.
I wasn't aware there were different fills available, maybe I got the one that is too soft.....
