When Gretchen Whitmer was attracting attention as the worst governor, the most lockdown ordering, out of control tyrant,
and there were groups *peacefully* protesting her, FReepers said she was on her way out.

Shortly after that she had 55% popularity and got stronger later. Waitstaff, restaurant food suppliers, exercise places, hundreds of hospital and health insurance employees laid off (no elective surgery at all allowed for months) and the citizens of Michigan loved her. Fools.

And her next in command Jocelyn Benson is the one who quickly destroyed all evidence of vote tabulation irregularities and erased voting machine totals (at Whitmer’s urging-—so they won’t be late for a future election someday!) —while lawyers were serving papers to stop her. Not a good replacement.

Maybe, but I think people all over the country who never really paid a lot of attention to their Governors are definitely paying attention now. Especially if their Governors suddenly went full-tyrant like Newsom, Cuomo and Whitmer.
