Why do you ask?
Because I see a whole lot of people offering free medical advice all over the internet and none of them seem to be licensed to practice medicine. I think if it were as easy as dosing people with a dog dewormer, it would have been done already. The reports I have read suggest that the ivermectin trials are inconclusive and require further study. It seems like it may restore a person’s sense of smell quicker but not much else. The doctors I work with trialed HCQ initially and ultimately determined it didn’t work and stopped using it since there was no evidence to support its use. I’m not sure what they’re doing now but it seems to be working because far fewer people are dying in wave 2 even though we have admitted more patients this time around. My county led the state in Covid deaths in wave 1. Not in wave 2 though.
