They can pass all the laws they like.

If it’s unconstitutional, it’s out

Full auto isn’t banned.

There are currently approximately 680,000 legal full auto weapons licensed in the US.

If only guns had been used to storm the Capitol. Would have made things so much easier for them to go after all guns.

I live in Kansas. By their own rules they violate the 10th amendment as well.

Correction, 630,000 as of 2017, per BATF figures.

Does this include provisions for the exemption of 12 gauge slugs, not that it makes a lick of difference to us second Amendment advocates, just out of curiosity...

A couple of gun channels on youtube reported on this yesterday. It literally is every 5th column totalitarian piece of garbage legislation any gun banner world wide has ever dreamed of including psychological evaluations.

Biden and his allies do not have enough prison space and body bags to enforce this but having said that, if they pass registration, it will probably be something that would be required just to buy ammo or even rent range time.

Since most people will not comply they will likely sit on their stache and never use it again out of fear of being thrown in the slammer for showing up at a range with a weapon they’ve owned legally for the last 30 years but has since just recently been minted as an NFA item by Congress but they never bothered to register.

In othewords, it could have the effect of collapsing the industry.

Wow, that really covers it all. From being diagnosed with depression, needing insurance, and even 24 hours of training to just own a gun.

Really a liberal’s wet dream come true.

Of all the millions who own guns many are Democrats, women, people of color. Not all of them buy into the lefts “for the greater good” crap.

“[Gun control] will put tens of millions of people outside the law. When that many are considered ‘criminal’, then there really isn’t much reason for remaining ‘civilized’.

Look what putting people outside the law did for Prohibition. America became a nation of pious teetotallers overnight./s

Unenforceable law is inherently bad law.

But this is from Sheila Jackson (”I am a QUEEN and I demand to be treated like a queen!!!”) Lee. DOA.

In cased you missed it, these Commie Insurrectionists look at and treat the United States Constitution in the very same manner that you and I look at a roll of Charmin toilet paper. I don’t know how much more plain and obvious that can be shown.

Funny enough, it has 5, 10, and 15 year MINIMUM sentences. I thought the liberals didn’t like those. Oh, of course that’s just for stuff they do.

I thought them stealing the election and emasculating the Constitution was the hill to die on. We would not fight then. What makes you think we will fight now? We will not fight. We will slip into Governmental slavery with a alcoholic beverage in each hand, a full belly. and a joint or root in our mouth. At some point between 1980 and 1020 we lost our fighting spirit. We rather switch than fight. Never thought I would have to say that. It hurts.

I remember they tried that .50 or higher in NY, and ran afoul of all the black powder folks.

all the black powder folks

I was wondering about that aspect. I have a Brown Bess, Mississippi Rifle, Sharps, and an Enfield that all exceed the .50 caliber size.

I have known for a long time that their goal is to take guns from non-violent, law-abiding citizens while deliberately leaving them in the hands of violent criminals.
