I actually misread the original article, she lays much of the blame at the feet of the management of the nursing homes, not too much at Cuomo, but still, I agree with you, she is laying the groundwork to run for Governor.

Cuomo already did blame the nursing homes (and others) at the time, EVEN THOUGH THE NURSING HOMES SAID THEY COULD NOT HANDLE bringing in COVID patients.

Cuomo also had MANY empty beds in hospitals, including the ship from Virginia that President Trump sent to New York City.

Judge J. ripped Cuomo a new one about his remark, “Who Cares?”

She pointed out what the different homicide charges are in NY State, and implied that Cuomo was guilty of Murder One.

Cuomo has brazenly shown grave indifference to human life, with absolutely no remorse whatsoever.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s Health Department understated the number of New Yorkers who died in nursing homes during the early days of the coronavirus pandemic by more than 50 percent as the facilities struggled to properly isolate and treat residents amid a state order they not turn away COVID-19 patients.

The bombshell finding was contained in a new 76-page report released Thursday by state Attorney General Letitia James, which found that mismanagement and long-standing problems in the private care business turned nursing homes into COVID death traps. So, killing off thousands of old folks is okay—but being a cad to a women is absolutely verboten!

Kissing a woman on the lips without her permission, is not a misinterpretation.

I suppose those 15,000 dead elderly at the nursing homes is also a misinterpretation.
