Pretty sure this place has been on their radar for a long time now. The guy they arrested today for posting a meme did it back in 2016, so the deep state actors inside the DOJ have had this planned for a long time now.
There are legal protections with having it a private party rather than an open public party.
Language can be used in a disclaimer that binds users to a TOS agreement concerning content distribution out side the organization. This can only be done with a private party agreement for membership and logged in access only.
Any Joe blow out there can file a formal complaint with ICANN when it is wide open as public. And they will indeed be using ICANN against sites like this soon.
