Yea I am still trying to figure out what crime has been committed here. You have to read the article all the way through.
The headline and the first few paragraphs seem non descriptive and even over reaching, but then later in the article, they describe how this guy allegedly conned people into thinking that they could text their vote and have it count. The article claims that 4,900 people actually did that.
