I think we all get it!
The problem is, SCOTUS threw America under the bus by not taking the Texas case and disallowing the Democrat illegal vote scheme.
POTUS was, effectively, powerless in his inability to enforce the Constitution.
Gotta be some payback!
This is what many DON’T get. SCOTUS is not an almighty Branch of the feds although the Left has tried to make it so with acquiescence form the Right.
The Constitution does not give SCOTUS power over the other branches - they are “separate but equal” - and over the American People ESPECIALLY when their decision is unconstitutional.
As I’ve said, heck, Lincoln ignored what he thought was an invalid and unconstitutional SCOTUS decision.
I don’t think Trump realized nor do I think his advisors helped him understand that he could do the same especially with published constitutional grounds for doing so.
Two things “we” DON’T get - yet.
1) SCOTUS has limited power to rule on individual cases per Article III, and does not have power to make national law, and
2) By far the greatest threat to our freedoms, wellbeing, and country is the 80%+ unconstitutional portion of the Federal Government, the portion of which must be dismantled if America is to recover her Free Constitutional Republic.
