They used to argue that legalizing weed would cut down on hard drug use. Oops.Did "they" say it would happen immediately? Legal weed sales began in CA only in 2018.
And "cut down" is not "eliminate."

I don’t see a decrease in hard drug use anywhere. I see the opposite. Who cares at this point though? It’s just one more nail in America’s coffin.
