If you are really worried about cholesterol, flush niacin daily and eating oatmeal EVERY DAY(once or twice) will work. I’ve proved it and many co-workers have also. I had bad muscle pains with statins and did not want to starve muscles(CoQ10 depletion and the heart is a muscle). Older folks live longer and keep their mental abilities longer with higher cholesterol. The KEY factor is the ratio of triglycerides/HDL. Keep that at or below 2.0 and, for longest life, HDL range of near 40. More on that here and read the comments.

For this virus? We follow the i-mask supplement protocol(D3, C, zinc, quercetin, melatonin, and have ivermectin on hand. I’m 65 with only slight BP problem(stress from job).
Great advice JCL3. Copied to Word and saved to my Desktop! I will have to try it. My muscles have really atrophied since my quad bypass in February. I think they had me on ‘the pump’ for too long -7 hrs vs. the 3 predicted. That’s what I get for agreeing to the first surgery 6:30am the day after the Super Bowl.
