Rand Paul Insists "Great Deal Of Evidence" Of Election Fraud

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., on Sunday declared there was a “great deal of evidence of fraud” and illegal election law changes that merit a “thorough investigation.”

In a contentious exchange on ABC News’ “This Week With George Stephanopolous,” Paul called the host “a fool.”

“You're forgetting who you are as a journalist if you think there's only one side," he scolded.

“In Wisconsin, tens of thousands of absentee votes had only the name on it and no address,” Paul said. “Historically those were thrown out, this time they weren't. They made special accommodations. It's a pandemic. They changed the law after the fact. That's wrong, that's unconstitutional.”

As a kid, participating in sports, I was taught a little poem.

Win, lose, or draw
No booing is our law.
Accept the referee’s decision,
It may be you with poor vision.

Bull, that’s why we have instant replay, so an entire nation watching can see if the ref screwed up.

he courts who refused to hear the cases are participants in the fraud.

Not necessarily. Election law in the states is a political process involving the US Constitution, and has to be approved by Congress before a state can hold federal elections. And when there is a dispute over election fraud, it is between the states' Legislatures and Congress to fix it. Not the courts. Not the governors. And the courts are limited to determining whether an election was UNLAWFUL for failing to follow the state election laws.

From where I sit it looks like RNC bosses conspired with DNC bosses to make this happen.

Rand Paul nearly lost his life at the hands of a vicious person who physically attacked him, evidently, for his values as a conservative. He thinks for himself and will not be threatened or brow beaten into cowering timidly before the currently prevailing political wind of the progressives. This was evident in his conversation with Stephanopoulas. Too many are fearful of going against the most blatant and ridiculous stance of the far left opinion makers, the propaganda “band wagon.” but, not Senator Paul. I admire him so much.

Of course there is at least stuff that warrants further investigation and explanation.

So Rudy has said that “We have 1,000 affidavits from witnesses in 6 different states.” I believe that when one signs an affidavit, it’s accepted that a false statement comes with the penalty of committing perjury.

Has anyone heard of anyone being charged for committing perjury? When are all these cases being heard???

“I voted to certify the state [Electoral College votes] because I think it would be wrong for Congress to overturn that,” he said.

==
I appreciate him standing up now but his time to stand up was during the certification. If it was wrong to object why is it in the constitution. Congress is the final check on certifying that it was a free and fair election. Most, including Paul, abdicated their duty and oath.

Rand Paul Insists "Great Deal Of Evidence" Of Election Fraud

Then why hasn't the Attorney General in any of these states filed any charges? Why did neither of the Trump Attorney Generals file any charges? This kind of fraud did not start in 2020. It has to have been going on for at least the last two election cycles, if not longer, and yet nothing.

Paul can talk about the massive amounts of evidence all he wants but until people are convicted and people go to jail then it's nothing but talk.

I myself couldn’t help but notice the inconsistency in Paul’s line of thought. Either the electoral votes were fairly earned beyond reasonable doubt and you then approve them, or you disapprove them if you had serious misgivings about their validity.

He is correct. The entire issue is/was legislature vs executive controls election rules in a state. Legislatures should have fought this in state court. Instead the spineless folks rolled over and should be held accountable through elections - toss them out.

I found it pretty pathetic that Stephanopolous had the gall to try and say Paul and the GOP were liars.........

For once I would like someone to confront George on how he and the rest of the MSM totally ignored the real collusion that took place between Hillary and the Russian agents who created the fake dossier.....

Stephanopolous is much worse than a fool.
I must recommend Senator Paul for his politeness and self control.

Rand Paul has nearly lost his life three times at the hands of Dem paid, Dem instigated terrorists.
The first was when Scalise was shot. Rand Paul was at that game when the killer was firing at Republican congressmen.
The second was when his far left Dem neighbor, probably in the pay of the Dems and the deep state viciously attacked him and put him in hospital.
And the third was when he was attcked right outside the White House by Dem paid Dem Brownshirt's BLM/ANTIFA terrorists.

I don’t always agree with Rand Paul, but the guy is a mensch. He’s a man of great integrity and is willing to tell the truth even when it’s not politically expedient.

Agreed. I also do not agree with all of Paul's positions, but I always respect his willingness to stand by his stated principles. It's a quality that so-called "conservatives" like Romney, McCain, Flake, George Will, etc. showed they completely lack - they abandoned every principle they'd pontificated on for decades because Trump made them uncomfortable.
