Right. California has has bills introduced along the same lines, but they can't figure out how to prove mileage. They know they can't recall every vehicle to put in electronic systems. So how would Butthead make that possible?

Stupid me. With newer cars having GPS, a new DOT hi-tech bureaucracy could keep track of your miles - think NSA. More control and costs to drivers to reach around unpopular taxes.

Try it Butthead and watch the backlash. Sorry, yours and Hiden's dream of eliminating fossil fuels won't happen. Semis with one or two trailers won't function on solar/wind powered plug-ins. You people are certifiable idiots.
