I suspect those will either be barred completely, or only licensed with some type of special registration allowing minimal usage (shows, parades, etc).
well, by antique I just mean cars old enough to not be compatible. They have been trying for years to black box people. Insurance companies do, in the promise of lowering rates. Thing is, if I am a safe defensive driver, I don’t need no black box and my rates should already be good because no tickets/accidents. But they got rid of a lot of old cars with the cash for clunkers, which I really think was a big part of what they wanted- less people in older easier to fix and not compatible cars.
