What and who are not working are those who are out and about rioting and destroying what other have worked for.

Anyone caught rioting or doing damage to private or public property for political reasons should be cut off of all public and government programs Unemployment, welfare, food stamps, all medical coverage, and disability. If they work for government, at any level, they should automatically lose their jobs with the forfeiture of all retirement and benefits to include those listed above.

If one decided it is important enough to burn down what others have built then it should be important enough to them to self fund their passions and actions, forever.
