Wish I knew if that was true of Oklahoma. Will have to do some research on it.

From what I've heard, Texas is the only state that has it's own grid.

OK might be close, I'm not really sure.

OK is unique in that Obozo never carried a county. And in instance, Obozo did not win in the Dem Primary, until the State Dem Central Committee intervened to stop his defeat.
