Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) on Thursday reignited what has come to be a semi-routine feud with Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) on social media, fuming over his criticism of President Biden’s decision to rejoin the Paris Climate Agreement.

AOC needs to tour some Chinese industrial areas—and meet the real world of “climate agreements”.
Stuff like this can destroy the economy so completely that there won’t be anything for our grandchildren to repay.
Probably we will be looking at a “currency reset” where ten old dollars can be redeemed for one new dollar—that is how they do it in the rest of the third world.
Of course your taxes, fees, mortgages and other debt must be paid in the same amount of “dollars” as before (effectively multiplying them by ten in this example) while your wages are paid in the “new dollars”, so now all but the very rich are in deep financial trouble.
I don’t know why, but I could see AOC eventually morphing into some sort of real-life equivalent of the Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland.
Whenever I hear AOC pontificate on the issues of the day, I feel like I’m being lectured by a 12 year old who’s got it all figured out.
