Don’t think this is off topic here. Biden has signed executive order ending border wall construction. News reports of about 48 hrs ago of around 8K migrants turned around at Guatemala border. Guatemala and Mexico governments have other things on their plate Covid etc. If I was Mexico or Guatemala government what message would I take from Biden order other than to stop wasting resources on illegal migrants.
