the Paris accord is anti-American in an economic sense... and the promotion of Muslim immigration from terrorist-infested countries is anti-American in a security and defense sense

They will pollute as much as they want—and dare anyone to stop them.
IMHO Muslim immigration is not a terrorism issue. Its a social-engineering issue. The Left needs them to dilute US culture and standards, and provide another ethnic-religious-political wedge. They do not fear terrorism - because they can control it
The deep-state IC can, easily, track Muslim radicals in the USA. Muslim radicals usually have networks and connections that clearly lead back to powerful people in places like Saudi Arabia. Thus, they are controlled, state actors in many ways.
If Muslim terror occurs in the USA, I am convinced it occurs because it is allowed to occur, for political reasons.
How did Trump, who was supposedly so hated by Muslims, avoid a single domestic jihad incident, while Obama, who aligned with CAIR and was promoting them always, had so many attacks from Boston Marathon to fort Hood to San Bernardino and Orlando?

No one should expect SCOTUS to agree. SCOTUS frequently violates its oath.
So far as I’m concerned most DC politicians and judges are clandestine agents of an international alliance. They call themselves Globalists. They waged a war against the USA and now consider us an occupied, hostile territory even though our resistance is shockingly peaceful.
No other nation on earth would put up with this much tyranny before going berserk. Our civility is a wonder of the world.
Should we quit being more civil? Nope.
It is illegal to stop DC from committing any crimes. Citizen’s arrest would be kidnapping. A threatening letter would be terrorism. In fact supporting Trump is now called terrorism.
And something deep inside has me laughing at the Swamp. Overreach? Desperation?

The Good Lord is not very fair until Judgment.
But I have faith in my fellow patriots. God gives us courage and patience and no small portion of collective wisdom that routinely scolds fools. Many have expertise as well.
