During any other time, it would be easy to think that razor wire around the flags was photoshopped. Depressing and sad to know that it’s for real.

Seems like concertina wire should be there, on top. That way the fence is more effective. There was concertina wire on top of the fence in another pic, in front of one of the buildings.
