All the state courts in 7 states, or the local Federal circuits had to do was to hear a case or two. If voted down,
mebbe one or two SCOTUS appeals.
If all voted down -the incoming administration, despite the evidence of extreme local precinct voter irregularity , would have a veneer of legitimacy that would be difficult to question
Having refused to hear cases implies a system so corrupt it refused to potentially indict itself publicly. A system so corrupted it could not with stand judicial scrutiny.
the very lack of judicial “standing” of We the People with respect to the electoral process has proven Qanon’s assertions of a totally corrupted system
