It might be that one can dilute 35% hydrogen peroxide 1:10 parts filtered water to obtain 3% much cheaper — but the problem is that it is not as widely available for most people, and vaping 35% might be toxic — whereas I know you can vape 3% with virtual safety except for slight eye irritation — which is no worse than irritation from other allergens.

And then after prolonged 3%, one notices that one experiences diarrhea similar to what one experiences taking antibiotics or antifungals — because it is killing off the gut bacteria as testament to its effectiveness. But you don’t want that effect for too long to persist because then you have the problem of irritable bowel syndrome — but at least you know why that is occurring, and will stop as soon as you stop vaping the 3% dilution.

But then your original problem returns — which in this case, was that there was no effective treatment for overwhelming dog (bad) odors — because that is the range of effectiveness that eludes even the HEPA air filters. But then if you run both, then you have unprecedented air purity — because you’ve addressed the greater range of air pollution.

I’ve always been more aware and sensitive to these things than most people — and so if the additives in the cheapest grade of peroxide was bothersome, I would next address that issue — but it seems to be a non-issue with vaping but would absolutely be necessary for other applications — like injecting or ingesting — which requires a higher level of purity, as well as properly trained supervision.

But with simply breathing hydrogen peroxide vapor — there are far worse things to breathe than the additives — which are all those allergens, bacteria, fungus, viruses, mold, mildew, smoke, etc. I’m looking for the 5% that gets me 95% of those benefits.

One of the greatest misconceptions of the benefits of exercise, is that one is doing it primarily to benefit and strengthen the heart — when the opposite is true. What benefits most greatly are the skeletal muscles at the extremities of the body that many do not work at all, and so blood merely pools there — accumulating toxins rather than eliminating them.

The heart doesn’t need to be forced to work — because it always works — pumping blood into wherever there is less resistance. Because if the blood never leaves the extremity, the heart cannot pump more blood into that space already occupied by fluid. Instead, one has to effect a contraction at the extremity that produces the compression to move that stagnant blood back towards the heart — and that optimizes the circulation that keeps one healthy, and toxins from accumulating in the extremities causing the pain and destruction of arthritis.

The objective of exercise is not simply to make the heart work harder — but the larger objective of optimizing the circulation that keeps the body healthy. Shuffling the feet while “walking” miles is not as effective as simply standing still and articulating the foot movement as much as possible at the ankle (heel or toe raise) while essentially standing in one place — because producing that contraction pushes the blood forcefully back towards the heart, and on relaxation, creates space for the heart to pump blood into the space (vacuum).

But simply pumping more vigorously into the resistance of the blood that is not deliberately evacuated in that understanding, simpler makes the heart work harder for no good purpose — which results in the observation of longtime exercisers of having enlarged, weakened hearts.

Well, the cheapest I have quickly found so far is $60 for a gal. + $13 shipping = $73 at https://www.laballey.com/cart ($77 total at https://bulkperoxide.com/checkout/) which at 1 and ¼ cups of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide per gal means (I think) you get 102.40 gals, while a quart of 3% H2)2 gors for about $1.00 at the store, thus costing about $100.00, versus $73 if mixing bulk 35%

I pinged the garden thread lady since this is used in gardening as well. The over 45 feet tall tomato plant that yielded around 15,000 tomatoes should be of interest: https://samaritanministries.org/blog/did-more-oxygen-and-pressure-in-the-pre-flood-world-have-health-benefits

vaping 35% might be toxic

Toxic?! I think your skin would be peeling off!

There is eucalyptus or peppermint oil mixing in a spray bottle, but that just covers it up.

Interesting, but arthritis is genetic with me and hard exercise while makes limbs stiff, but better off anyway, thank God.

Well, if you are running a court or in football etc, then you are articulating the foot movement as much as possible at the ankle. Sometime though at my age my brain sends the signal to lift foot in sudden movements in running but the leg has a bit of delay, meaning that now my wrists are suddenly "articulating" to cushion the fall as sensors indicate black asphalt closing in proximity. Terrain - Pull up, Pull up. Praise the Lord anyway.

EDIT:! I was thinking about this last night and realized this (rushed reply) could not be right, and instead of 1 and ¼ cups of 35% per gal. meaning you get 102.40 gals of 3% hydrogen peroxide out of a gal. of 35%, it should be about 12.5 gals. Thus at $73 for a a gal. of 35% then a gal. of 3% costs approx. $6 while a gallon (4 Qts) of 3% store bought hydrogen peroxide usually costs about $1.00. Meaning it costs more to mix your own at $73 for a a gal. of 35%.

I imagine LeBron James ducking into one of these a couple of days a week.

Maybe Tom Brady too.
