Not turn against him but point out he failed to realize how determined the deep state was to retain power. Many here failed to see that as well and those of us that pointed it out were labeled #NeverTrumpers when we believe he was the greatest President of the century. Still do but he jus gone now and so is the Republic which is what we hoped he could stave off and didn't.
Trump is like the bull at a Spanish bullfight. He has bigger horns and bigger balls than the matador and the whole audience combined. But the enemies are behind walls of protection, and they are allowed to use weapons, and they want blood. So he suffered the slings and arrows, and was finally finished off by the cuts. He tried, and did one heck of a lot of good. And I am eternally grateful.
