Dominion Voting Systems sent MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell a letter warning him of an impending lawsuit due to his claims of the election technology company being involved in fraud in the 2020 election.
The letter sent to Lindell, an outspoken ally of President Trump, was one of 150 new preservation and cease-and-desist notices sent out by the firm, which has vociferously denied being involved in an alleged scheme to tilt the election in favor of President-elect Joe Biden.
“You have positioned yourself as a prominent leader of the ongoing misinformation campaign,” the letter to Lindell, obtained by the Washington Examiner, cautioned. "Litigation regarding these issues is imminent."

Good points, yes.
You know, 80 million people voted for Trump. If only .00001% of people would express it in a very antisocial manner, that’s 800 people out there. You know as in, “some people did some things”.
I would stay far away from the people suing, doxing, attacking, harassing, etc a lot of people. They think the battle will always stay in their arena, a friendly courtroom. But it just won’t, and never has in all of history.
A blind man can see this clash coming. You can see it as clearly as two trains on the same track. You humiliate a people enough, and the day of reckoning always comes.
It’s doubtful that Dominion would ever sue since it would open them up to a pretrial discovery investigation. In addition, Mike Lindell has serious political potential and it would be foolish to give him a platform. He is a born again former narcotics addict who is a true believer and a true conservative. He is almost singlehandedly funding all of conservative media (including until recently FoxNews). I would not be surprised if he were to eventually inherit the Trump movement and be our presidential candidate sometime in the future. I would personally trust him over almost any current Republican office holder.
Dominion is just hanging on by their teeth hoping they can bluff everyone just long enough to the point that Biden gets in and shuts down any investigation into their involvement in their massive bonafide voter fraud.
That’s a very hard lawsuit in the U.S.
Because it’s easy to have your lawyer send a threatening letter, but it’s hard to win at libel or slander in the U.S.
Wearing these would be very, very scary.

They’re going after any business people affiliated with Trump.....The idea ...so that nobody ever runs again against their select deep state choices for President.

Counter sue and make them show up in court. Discovery could be a bitch. It’s what Mark Steyn did to Michael Moore the AGW scammer. It cost Moore a lot of money because he wouldn’t allow the court to check his data. I’m guessing Dominion doesn’t want a deep dive into their data either. They successfully stayed out of court for the last three month.
We have to stop running and fight somewhere. They count on intimidation to win.
