yes, at the Capitol incident no one set anything on fire, no one spray painted filth all over the building, no one toppled any statues, no comparison, the Capitol incident really was mostly peaceful.
It’s about the only riot known where everyone was gone by 6PM curfew.
I would love to see an accurate accounting of the dollar value on damages. The Capitol riot was unacceptable, but the damages from a Summer of #BLM “Mostly Peaceful Protests™” was probably three orders of magnitude higher. Heck, there were numerous pictures of the Capitol rioters observing velvet rope lines.
