There are many ways to tell from a photo if someone suffers from the mental disease of Liberalism.

-they're wearing an Obama shirt
-they have wooden blocks in their ear lobes
-they have metal studs in their face
-they have tattoos on their face but they're not in a Latino gang
-they're wearing a pink pussy hat
-if the woman suffers from Resting Bitch Face (RBF)
-they have XY chromosomes and are wearing butterfly wings

This information is not to be used to shut them down. They need to be encouraged as much as possible to publicly warn others like Gary Larson's 'The Far Side' Cartoon "How Nature Says Do Not Touch".
