Trump Adviser: Trump Will ‘Make Sure’ Republicans Flip House in 2022
The Epoch Times ^ | January 14, 2021 | Zachary Stieber

President Donald Trump will wield his fortune and name to help Republicans flip the House of Representatives during the next nationwide election, an adviser said on Jan. 14.

“President Trump is going to make sure we get the House back in 2022,” Jason Miller, a Trump campaign adviser, said.

“He’s got a ton of money. He’s the biggest name. He’s going to get that done.”

Miller was speaking on Steve Bannon’s “War Room.” Bannon is a former Trump strategist.

Trump’s plans after leaving office, which he’s scheduled to do next week, are unclear. He has posited starting a company to rival Twitter and other social media companies, but said little else about what he plans to do.

Republicans surprised many by flipping 14 House seats in the 2020 election, cutting Democrats’ majority to 10 from 35. That sets them up for a favorable 2022, if things break right.

He endorsed McCain, Romney, Grahamnesty, McConnell, etc.
I believe he was being a team player, but the team stabbed him in the back.
He should NOT endorse any more more swamp monsters.
Most of the current GOP are swamp monsters.

*We* had better make sure. Don’t expect one man to do it all for us again. And give the demoralizers the boot.

If covid is a distant nightmare, the economy rebounds and the voter fraud(absentee for everyone)apparatus remains as is...no chance in hell Republicans make gains in '22, '24 and beyond.

Add in the split between conservatives and NEOCONS, '22 could be as ugly as '08,'18.

Only hope in that scenario is...Joe Biden.

If he does something Bidenish, the whole administration could meltdown and take the 'rats with them. His puppet-masters know that and will intervene as best they can, along with media cover...but again, it's Joe Biden.

Once the euphoria of orange-man BAD OUT dissipates...the left is gonna want it ALL and want it NOW!

They'll not let what happened in '08-'10 happen again.

Their success/failure is up to....Biden.

...then there is the REAL possibility of Kamala...and

...all bets are off.

Trump needs to finish the job that Bannon got him to start - fire all the GOP incumbents opposed to the Trump agenda during the primary process. He’ll need people who owe him when he returns to the White House in 2024.

You may think this is far-fetched and whistling past the graveyard. But there are solid historical reasons for optimism. Let’s assume the Democrats’ basic premise is true, i.e. that Trump lost fair and square. Trump’s loss wasn’t terrible - a couple of hundred thousand votes short in the swing states that decide the White House race. This is in the face of two outlier events - a mass casualty pandemic and the resultant economic depression representing the worst downturn since the Great Depression.

The Democrats expected a complete sweep of the states, both at the White House and Congressional levels. FDR got a 413 electoral vote victory margin. Biden’s was 74. The 1932 House elections gave the Democrats a 196-seat margin, vs the ~12-seat margin they got in 2020. The 1932 Senate elections moved the Democrats to a 22-seat margin, vs the 1-seat margin (thanks to the VP tie breaker vote) they just got after the 2021 GA runoffs. This was a blue wave a toddler could safely paddle in, not a tsunami.

If you accept the Democratic premise that Trump lost by 7m votes, that’s a Biden popular vote margin of 4%. FDR’s victory margin over Hoover? 28%.

That’s why they’re trying to prevent Trump from running again. He’s no Herbert Hoover, whose political career was over the day the results came in. The Dems aren’t afraid Trump will get the 2024 GOP nomination and lose in the general. They’re worried that one hiccup or other before 2024 will send Trump back to the White House with commanding GOP majorities, but this time cleansed of the never-Trumpers who gave him so much trouble in his first term.

If Trump intends to run again, the interval from now until presidential season should involve the installation of Republicans who support the Trump agenda in the midterms, and the removal of those who don’t. Bannon’s quest to populate elected offices with Trump supporters needs to resume, so that when Trump re-enters the White House, his agenda is ready to go from Day 1.

He can’t clean them all out in one go, but he can pick ‘em off at the margins. Some of the targets are obvious, and I think he will go after one or two, like Graham, who are just snakes. That changes the dynamic.

The GOP will shun him.

Trump will probably work at the pre-primary level and then the GOP won't matter as much.

"I hope your right but there does come a point where no legal majority can win because the process has become so corrupt. Time will tell."

Yup, and that point came in November of last year but for some reason for many conservatives it has not sunk in yet.

There is no way the communists that stole this election in such obvious fashion are going to do anything but make one hundred percent certain that does not happen.

Actually, if you calculate in the cesus red state gains in places like fl and tx and the fact that both of those state legilatures will gerrymand in more red districts, add trump, and watch every single vote in districys where your talking local candidates in an off year election, we may get just enough to win even with the dem fraud. Very doable and trump will make this personal. Just has to target maybe 20 to 25 races and dig in locally in ads and rallies for next 2 years straight . If the dems shut the rallies down, he can easily camp out and move and move around 20 house districts for the next 2 years and get to s of local press. Doable if trump goes all in

He could go after McCarthy. Just saying, transformation or turnaround, is Machiavellian.

It’s not all intramural either. Trump could endorse some DEM opposition. The GOP is openly hostile to Trump.
