When the Convention of States is passed, I want to add an amendment that states...

"Any government employee, elected or not, who violates the Constitution, in their formal capacity, shall be immediately removed from their office, and shall not be capable of serving again until they pass a rigorous 10-year study and test of the contents and meaning of the Constitution.
