Trump should not and would not accept a pardon from Biden. A pardon would be acknowledgement of wrong doing on Trump’s part.
He should tell Biden to Go “F” himself.

Can a president (any president, Trump, Biden, or anyone else) simply issue a pardon anyway, whether or not the recipient wants it?

He should refuse it because Biden didn’t actually win the election and isn’t the legitimate President.
