If this goes to trial in the senate, won’t his defense team be able to present - and get before the American public - any exonerating evidence they may have without being hindered by “standing”?
That is exactly what I was thinking. The evidence could be presented for the whole world to see and therefore backfire on the deep state big time it seems to me. What am I missing?
