This is why I said, the people at the capitol really blew it. They had made the ultimate symbolic first amendment demonstration, right up until the point where glass started breaking. Destruction and violence are never first amendment protected.
Yes, they should have stage a big sit in outside the building and in the streets. Singing “We Shall Overcome” would ave been an extra nice touch.
