I think the guy panicked at the time and then became depressed to no end when he realized that he shot and killed a young woman over what turned out to be nothing more than property damage on her part.
They identify the shooter, an antifa sympathyzer, etc.

I see it is now being included in the death toll. Police suicide is way up this year. I bet those that occur after encountering antifa are included in those death tolls too.
