Well, they sure stomped the hell out of my team. You earn your respect on the field and they certainly deserve it for that kind of blowout win. Say what you will about Nick Saban, he wins games.
Hated to see Sermon go out so early. He is a heavy duty back. He would have made some difference, although Teague is a good back, too. You could tell Fields was gimpy, too. He was afraid to take a hit on his ribs, and that made a difference in how he could play. I don’t blame him; I played one time in HS with sore ribs . . . very painful. He is a great, great athlete and quarterback.
Would like to have seen that game with your guys healthy. I like to see good teams play when at their best. You guys have had some really good teams the last few years
