My prediction for what it’s worth, (which based on my recent results isn’t much), but here goes anyway.

They will drop Impeachment when Biden is sworn in, “To start the healing process”.

A recorded vote for impeachment means NOTHING, and does not even merit an asterisk. Besides, Trump is gone in nine more days, so this is an exercise in futility, that manages to effectively stop ANY other action on the House floor, and handicaps any other legislation until it is resolved.

Democrats are masters at do-nothing when it comes to dealing with the Republicans in any way, shape, form or manner. Insufferable in victory and intolerable in defeat. But they exhibit both of these characteristics all the time anyway.

Gracious is not their strong suit. They do not understand the concept of forbearance, or have the wit or patience to see beyond immediate gratification.

Appearing on Fox News' Sunday Morning Futures, Dershowitz also poured cold water on the prospects of a second impeachment of Trump, followed by a trial in the Senate.

"The case cannot come for trial in the Senate, because the Senate has rules, and the rules would not allow the case to come to trial until, according to the majority leader, 1 p.m. on January 20, an hour after President Trump leaves office," the constitutional scholar argued.

He added that the Constitution did not explicitly permit a former president to be impeached or put on trial under charges of impeachment.

"Congress has no power to impeach or try a private citizen, whether it be a private citizen named Donald Trump, or named Barack Obama, or anyone else," Dershowitz told the network. "The jurisdiction is limited to a sitting president, and so there won't be a trial."

The legal expert told Politico last week that Trump had not committed a "high crime of misdemeanor" and argued that his speech at a rally ahead of the Capitol riots was protected by the First Amendment.

The 25th Amendment, to be used on TRUMP, the amendment was designed by Rockefeller & Kissinger. In a historical novel ‘WATERGATE AMENDMENT’, by John Fitzgerald, on amazon. A great read, historical novel about the Rockefeller’s scream to utilize the 25th Amendment.
