The short answer is probably “no.” Obviously I e not seen the contract but I’d be stunned if it didn’t contain sweeping language essentially giving Amazon free hand. How Amazon exercises its discretion with one customer is essentially not relevant in how it administers another. In other words, equal protection is not a contact concept.
