If he knows he’ll get 25th-ed (Pence tells him he’s going to do it and he has the support of the cabinet to do it), it would be better to resign than allow that to happen.
If they use the 25th against him, he has the right to object. If he does, it takes 2/3 vote in both Houses to remove him. They don’t have the votes.
Pence has already said he does not and will not support a 25th Amendment attempt.

There won’t be a 25th amendment deal that would destroy the GOP for a decade they’ll tell him to keep quiet and just keep calling for unity
