I’m starting to look into lower cost-of-living, offshore locations for retirement, with decent healthcare and friendly to Americans.

But, I dislike the idea of leaving my family behind.

I have close fam. in Italy, Germany, and Ireland.

But do not know if they’d like to have an elderly Grandma/Cousin/aunt drop in on them.
