Biden will be behind a lexan screen (same kind as DJT was behind on Jan 6 at the Ellipse), thus making anything from the street side impossible. That leaves the rear wide open (same thing behind DJT on Jan 6 at the Ellipse). The Capitol Bldg is to the rear.
