Whatever you buy on Amazon, you run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods. I’d say 50 percent of what one buys, except for actual books, are counterfeit. I gave up up on Amazon a long time ago, except for books, because of this.
I now buy direct from the manufacturer. Yes, it sometimes costs a little more, but not that much more. It actually pays for itself because you’re assured of getting the real thing.
