Yes. This is the actual account. But, Parler has been flaky for hours now. It’s obvious they are not able to handle the amount of traffic they are getting.
Without question, their company's server farm (via Amazon - Cloudfront) isn't big enough to account for the 10,000% increase in traffic in the last few hours. Kinda difficult to reasonably plan for such events.
Or, Amazon has throttled them back.
