Anyone care to take a swing at over/under on R’s willingness to convict in the Senate? (As we all know, it takes 2/3rds to convict, so that’s 67 total).

Normally, I’d say absolutely zero chance.

But we live in some very whacked out times that started a few days ago, so all bets are off IMHO.

Those 17 GOP Senators are walking dead men the next time up for re-election if they vote YEA, especially with only a few days to go in Trump’s term in office. Trump will personally fly in with the Trump 757 and hold a huge rally to defeat them. And he’ll hammer them incessantly in the run up.

Sasse, Murkowski, Romney, Collins, and a few more. I wouldn't be shocked if they came up with 60 votes to convict. I don't believe they'll get 67. But who knows. There's a feeding frenzy now. It's disgusting to behold, and very, very sad. It actually borders on the demonic, and I believe it's primarily because of the president's courageous defense of the unborn. These are very dark times in America and the world.
