Isn’t it logistically impossible to go through all the steps of the impeachment process, AND conduct hearings, AND have the Senate do its thing after that, in less than 12 days?

Hearings? What makes you thing there will be hearings?
There will be no hearings when you are tried by
a Tribunal and sentenced to ten years for insurrection.
