The adjusted electoral votes and numbers tabulation occurred along the way in Italy, transferred to that agency's servers in Germany,
and were then transmitted then back to the States as 'raw data'.
Not bad for an election where none of the Dominion voting machines were supposed to be online, or even on the internet.
