The British press has had the identities of all five victims for over 12 hours.
Causes of the deaths: heart attack, stroke, shot, clubbed with a fire extinguisher, and crushed in the crowd.
The other names are out there. Two men in their 50s and a woman in her 30s(?) who was far too heavy for her health. They died of medical issues (heart attack, stroke, and a third cause that has not been released), perhaps related to the stress of watching America die, but nothing more.
