House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said during a press conference Thursday that if Vice President Mike Pence does not move forward with efforts to remove President Donald Trump from office, then the House might impeach the 45th president.
Pelosi signaled her support for using the 25th Amendment and floated that the House may try to remove Trump from office via impeachment.
“If the vice president and the cabinet do not act, the congress may be prepared to move forward with impeachment,” Pelosi said.

Given what we know on election fraud in the Presidential election, no doubt plenty of same said fraud took place in a number of downstream races.
So based on that alone I would have to say that yes this is a Illegitimate Congress that is seated, and the last Congress also was Illegitimate.
The Stalinists have taken over in a sense and all without firing a shot.
Now the House just may start Impeachment proceedings against Trump and the Senate may well convict. I checked this mrning and it is actually possible that if these proceedings are started before Trump leaves office they can continue. The End game being to convict him so that they can prevent him from ever running for Public Office again.
Don’t think the senate will not convict, Trump has lost a great deal of political support and enough will join the Democrats so they can all brag they punished him.
The Mendacity and Hypocrisy will be more than any of us can stand.

Especially on such a momentous day in the Capitol which it would have been even if there had been no rally. It is not in any cop's nature to usher crowds of upset people past security measures in any situation anywhere in the world.
That is why I feel confident that they were ordered to do so.

You would think rally or not, they would be on high alert with officers in strategic places. The crowd appeared to be loud but peaceful not trying to force the gates when all of a sudden, come on it everyone!

When I said "let them in" I was talking about the Capitol Police actively ushering them in, past broken windows, past broken locked doors, personally taking them into the building as they caused mayhem, taking selfies with them and passively watching all the illegal actions they were taking.
